This year’s International Baking Industry Exposition was an incredible experience for our team. As the largest gathering for the global grain-based food industry, IBIE is always a special opportunity to connect with colleagues, customers, and innovators who are shaping the future of baking.
From the moment the doors opened, the energy on the show floor was inspiring. We had the chance to explore the latest technologies, trends, and solutions driving efficiency, sustainability, and creativity across the industry. It was exciting to see firsthand how innovation is meeting the needs of today’s bakers and helping prepare us all for tomorrow.
A highlight for our team was speaking with so many bakers about ways to save money and streamline operations. We were able to tell them how switching from bagged ice to smarter, more efficient solutions can help bakeries cut costs while keeping production running smoothly. Those conversations reminded us how impactful practical changes can be for day-to-day operations, and how important it is to share knowledge that helps bakeries thrive.
