Installation

After a site survey and receipt of order confirmation, we aim to install and commission your ice machine within 5-7 working days (sometimes sooner if required).

From an Industrial Ice Machine with one of our Tote or Dolav support frames, to a fully bespoke install with remote mounted condenser, our fully trained Engineers will carefully commission your new equipment and ensure it is fully operational and ready for use.

Servicing

Our Service Team are proactive when it comes to annual services and FGAS checks being due. All of our rental ice machines come with routine servicing included.

For purchased machines, we offer annual service agreements from 12-36 months. Flexible servicing at a fixed price is also available and offered to all of our customers, as well as a 24/7 telephone and email hotline.

Is engineering support needed on-site? In most cases, we can visit the next working day!

Training

Full training is provided by one of our experienced Engineers as part of the installation process. All customers are offered guidance on how to operate the machine, replace filters and troubleshoot.

We also offer in-depth hygiene training. All of our customers are provided with an electronic user manual and 24/7 telephone support is available.

Warranty

From installation, all Ice Systems’ Industrial Ice Machines come with a 12-month parts and labour warranty. This increases to 24 months as long as Ice Systems completes the year-one service when due.

All our rental machines come standard with a warranty as part of your monthly charge.

Water Filters

Changing your ice machine water filters regularly helps to maintain ice quality and prevents limescale build-up.

Between routine servicing, we recommend replacing water filters every 3 months. Our dedicated Filter Department will contact you when your filter change is due. We hold stock for same-day dispatch from your order being placed.

Our Ice

Ice Systems’ Flake and Chip Ice Industrial Machines provide versatile cooling solutions across industries. Sub-cooled below -7°C, flake ice is perfect for delicate items like fish and produce, whilst -1°C chip ice is compact, melting slowly to keep seafood, fruits, and vegetables fresh longer. Both types are hygienically produced, with built-in sanitation and installation training for assured quality.

If your machine needs to be built, we’ll make sure you have a temporary loan unit until your machine is ready to be delivered.
