At Ice Systems Ltd, we're committed to keeping your rental ice machine running smoothly and efficiently. That's why we offer a complimentary health check to our valued customers. Here's what you can expect during a typical visit from one of our Fitters, Isaac.
We will start by completing a thorough visual inspection before removing any guards to gain better access. As part of the process, we check the following:
– Levels within the water tank and distribution tray
– Functionality of the ice making evaporator
– Condition of the water return tray
– Condenser airflow (ensuring proper ventilation)
– Level sensors and bin sensors (functionality)
– Filters (for condition and leaks)
During this inspection, we will also offer additional operational training along with hygiene practice guidance if required.
Additionally, if you’d like to discuss increasing your ice production, we can conduct a quick site survey which would then be followed up by one of our Sales Engineers.
